Sub-menu and social menu

Did you install quicstart package or only the GameNews theme?

You have to go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus and in the case of Quickstart edit these menus, in the other case you have to create new menus. "XBOX 360, PS3, Wii U, PC, is a "Menu used under the mainmenu", social menu is a "Menu used in the left side of the topbar" and "Menu used in the right side of the topbar"
