How can i change sub menu FONT ?

How can i change font size on top news title ?

It is possible add any icon ( 16x16 ) before name link on menu ?

In joomla i know it is possible in menu options , but i dont know if it is possible in wordpress, im noob on wp

You can change it in the Fonts theme settings - you have to use the .submenu li selector

How can i change font size on top news title ?

You have to change the font-size for the following selector: .gk-nsp-header

It is possible add any icon ( 16x16 ) before name link on menu ?

In the WordPress there is no options like this, but you can add custom class to the specific menu item: http://thesis-blogs.com/add-a-custom-cl ... ress-menu/ and then use background-image in the menu item for this class.
