Permissions Error

I installed this template and now the site is covered in these repeating two errors

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/DOMAIN/public_html/wp-content/themes/GameNews/gavern/cache_nsp/shooter1-widget_gk_nsp-3.jpeg' for writing: Permission denied in /home/DOMAIN/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 467

I gave permissions to cache_nsp and to all the jpeg files under it, no luck.

and

Warning: stripos() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/DOMAIN/public_html/wp-content/themes/GameNews/gavern/widgets.nsp.php on line 868

Any idea how to resolve both errors?

Actually, never mind. I noticed the quickstart didn't include a cache directory in the theme so added one and the errors disappeared.

I'll check the package - if the cache_nsp directory doesn't exist, then I'll fix it in the nearest update
