Is there a way to chose which pages or posts can be commented or not?

Hi

If you are referring to K2 Comments system, yes you can disable on Category > Item view options or even on specific k2 item > Item views settings.

K2 configurations are inherit or overrule. ;)

@kacal - Seichinha as always forgot to look which CMS is used ;)

Regarding your problem - in the Screen options on the page/post edit page you can enable section "Discussion" - then the proper meta box will appear and you will be able to enable/disable comments and trackbacks.
