Theme installation

Love this theme,But will like it even more if I can install it .
Been at it all day .My installation just hangs at the creating database process.When I check my host CP the database filesize seems to stop once it gets to 10.69mb.
I have followed your documentation and guided step by steps but none of that seems to correct my issues.

Forgot to mention that I am trying to install the quickstart package and not just the theme.

Just curious if this is the correct support forum?
Or is it another take your money and hide deal ,Because if its the latter then I will take my business elsewhere.
