Remove the mouseover event on the menu

Dears,

I would like to know how to remove the mouseover event on the main menu. I don't want when the mouse pointer enters the menu, it displays the title of the menu.

Hmm maybe I don't understand but your want to disable drop-down menu ? Or just remove :hover effect and make it working after click/disable at all ?

When the mouse pointer enters the menu, the name of the menu appears. This mean that the attribute title is used or the mouseover event is used. So I want to remove it.
