Is this tool still buggy?

Hi I have downloaded and installed v. 132 for joomla 3. When I change configurations such as enable/disbale pagination it does not save the settings. I have now installed v 1.33 but it does not display correctly in backend so I can't use that?

I have tested v.132 installed on my Quickstart demo site and it does not want to save configurations either. Is this system buggy? Which one should we install on Joomla 3?
