Module suffix " clear" not working

Hello,
I am working on a website at stjarnan.velgert.is the frontpage should have an IS module that is somehow not correctly alligned. It seems that the " clear" is not working in the module suffix. Can someone help me with this?

Hi,

On this module position please use the " clear header" suffixes and I recomment to place it on the mainbody_top module position to avoid the top margin over the module (which creates the white bar of background).
