Customer says it doesn't show up correctyl

Hi,

A customer of mine says in Chrome (latest version, he says), Image Show GK4 shows up like this (see attachment). I checked on FF 16.x, Opera 12.x, IE 9, Chrome 22 or something... it's OK. The same with my friends.

What does the customer have in his system so that it's like in the attachment? Any guesses?

Maybe some browser plugin block images ? This is the only thing that comes to my mind ...

The customer pisses me off the last few days... please, can you help somehow?
The guy says in his company the slider crashes.

Please see the attached image.

BTW IE 9 crashes only the slider and gives an alert "only safe content is visible, click here to show full content' and a link "what are the dangers?".

What the heck is going on, guys?

In IE there is such error:

So as I can see on your screenshots some external software is blocking this images. I don't think that this is extension issue - image are safe you can trust me :) please check restrictions in this antivirus software or in IE browser.
