Generated Top & Bottom Margins

Hi All!
I was wondering, how are the top & bottom margins being generated. I've set all mentionings of margins in the default CSS to 0, but every class (Header, Text, Info) all have top & bottom margins. How do I control this?

Also, where are the problems between IE & the rest? For example. my Read More button isn't generated properly in IE, and the margins I was talking about above, are different.
