GK3 Photoslide Js not rendering images in ie8/ie7 Joomla 1.5

Hi all.

As title states GK3 photoslide is not functioning in ie8 & ie7.

When the page renders the image loading image spins and then the last image in the gallery loads. The image does not slideshow as it should nor do any of the thumbnails function on click.

It basically doesn't work at all.

Javascript is getting as far as loading the spinner and the thumbnails but something is stopping the play slideshow and onclick thumbnail events.

Pages effected: home page / gallery page

In ie8 on show errors mode an error flags on line 63 of media/system/js/mootools.js

Not sure if this is related.

Works fine in Safari/Firefox/Chrome

This is now resolved.

I did two things if installed compatibility view plug in for Joomla.

and also found the following problem with the photoshow module for GK3.

Disabling text block in module parameters causes the error I explained in my post.

Please try to clear cache. I can see it without problems.

Got the same problem. The slider photos suddently stopped loading. Cache is cleared and now turned off so it is not an issue in that.
