SEO friendly URL in NSP

I've activated Joomla's SEO. It works fine on all my articles. The correct URL is: www.mysite.com/anything.html

But the article related to NSP on the front page gives this URL: http://www.mysite.com/component/content ... thing.html

How get I rid off the component/categorie in the URL and how do I get a "anything.html" instead of "100-anything.html"?

No one here having an answer??? I think this isn't a Joomla issue..
