Article list, article online form

Hi,

yesterday I installed the "News Show GK3 v.3.2.0" to my new Joomla project and made some tests.
The module is very fine but I have two questions:

- In the article overview there are two links at the end oft the articles. One "read more" and also a link to the category page - an overview to all articles listed in a table. Unfortunatelly I have over 500 articles so the list would become too long and confused.
Is it possible to split the list automatically (for ex.) after 50 lines or (better) separated in years (artivles 2009, 2010, ...) - of course with links "next", "last" at the bottom to navigate in the list pages?

- I need an online form so users will be able to send me own articles. The send article must be automatically generated as page und I will get an email. So I can check the article and enable (or delete) it.

Will these options be possible?
Or any suggestions what kind of other news modules support this?

EDIT:
Well, after I submit several articles more I recognized that the script split the lines and make following pages.
But still have the problem with the submitting form / page
