Problem with animation and jquery

In my site i need jquery script, to chage photos in title-banner.

If i load "jquery.min.js", animation for multiple news of "news show pro" doesn't work.

How can i do do have both working?

I'm afraid jquery and mootools libraries doesn't work very well together.
Please try to use no jquery conflict plugin from joomla extension resources or maybe this page might help.
