URL SEF dont work

I have 2 problems ... the first is the last post.
To date was not showing the last post and now this. I will try to make new test, but about this I open a new topic.

My biggest problem is the SEF url, not generating it ta the link on the home with SEF url.
Can someone help me?

It should solve your problem with the SEF URLs.
