curl and creating thumbnail not working

Hi
Our articles have external images and I would like GK5 to create thumbnails for those images and display them in the module.
However, it doesn't seem to work. There is only a black image showing in the module.
I have attached here the screenshot.

Hi

I'm afraid NSP doesn't support creating thumbs from external images. Please set image not to create a thumb, so a real image will be used and resized thanks to css.

As the articles have only external images, will the css resize that external image? or it only works with the images on our server ?

Hi

Sorry I've mistaken it with NSP GK4 which wasn't supporting external files. Please send me an url to the page I can see this problem and an access to joomla panel.
