This was some demo purpose configuration (very old) so I can't provide you details. But from screen it looks like regular News Show Pro configuration :

Aritcles :

- 2 rows
- 1 column
- amount of pages 3
- pagination + arrows on top position

Sorry but configuration for News Show Pro is not part of our support. Did you get any difference between News Show Pro settings and this what you get on front-end ? Please look at NSP documentation http://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-extensions/extensions-for-joomla-1-6/news-show-pro-gk4-2/
