News show opro and modules display

On the home page at the above site, I have a module in the right column called "whats New" which contains News Show Pro module drawing from articles in the research category.

If I click on the "read more" links to view the full articles, the resulting page includes a module *sliding images and welcome to AFINet" which is only allocated to the home menu item.

How do I ensure that this module does not display when I click through from the home page?
