Issue with arrow layout

Hello !

Sorry but no idea why my slider decided to put the arrow well above the current slides.

It looks to be because of the position "absolute" and the margin of 50% but as I don't remember touching anything I would like to know what can be the real pb behind ...

By the way I lost those arrows (the big ones on each side) !

Now I just have the small ones on the top. Any idea of how I can get them back ?
