FILTER 7 DAYS TO SHOW ARTICLES

I've been days trying to put in a module that I just visualize Most read news from the last 7 days, but I can not teach anything that the module, how could you do this?
I have read that if you can but I can not put it in the right way if I could attach a picture with the settings. By language I do not understand everything I read in the forums.

Hi, it wont be so easy. Because our module does not provide this feature.
Yes, you can set date - but to show articles from last 7 days, you have to each day change date in module settings, see below.

I suggest to :
1) Set "Popular from last month" as a name of module.
p.s. changing settings one in month should be easy to remember.
2) Ask friend who is programmer to help you build such a module or hire somebody.

so if that is clear, but I'll have to canbiarlo every day to be the most popular of the 7 days.
