How to resize image

On the Home Page - under "CNY" in the top 1 position with the 3 images scrolling...I've tried to adjust thumbnail size, but can't seem to get it to fit without cutting off the top or side of the image. Can you either help with the adjustments, or is it possible to move title to bottom?

Hi

I think all settings You need can be found in NSP. Please check if cropping for mage is not set. Try also using different ways to make display image as stretch for example.
