Can't find controls for news module Gk4 Joomla 2.5 version

Hello,
I was used to the Gavick controls in the template for choosing the categories and sections. Now, just upgraded to 2.5 and I cannot find where to set the controls. If I go to Template ManagerI can see "Advanced Controls" but that does not have the things I need. Can someone suggest where to look? Thank you.
