Hi,
I'm using News Show Pro GK4 and I have a question regarding diacritics. It is posibile that the module to transform the diacritics (ă to a, â to a and so on) from the titles only? I know that the easiest solution is to change the font with one that accepts diacritics but I want to know if what I'm asking is possible.
Thanks.

Regards.

Hi

Too be honest I'm not sure. I think all depends if fonts used for titles has this chars. If not than I think You can change just this chars by replacing it with a different font, but this will require a lot of additional codding, so using fonts which supports this chars already is easier and faster.

It's very strange. I can't seem to find a font that accept diacritics on Google Fonts. It's that possible?

Hi,
I've selected latin-extended but with no luck. Below you can see how it shows with the first font you've recommended (Average Sans). Also tried about 40-50 fonts but with no luck...
Any ideas? Thanks!

Regards.

Hi

I do not understand what the problem can be. I had no issue to add this font with the first font. Maybe it was configured wrong. Please see a correct settings:

Hi again,
Sorry but didn't understand what are you saying... Where should I check for special symbols? In K2? But The articles that are shown by News Show Pro are Joomla articles not K2 items.

Ok. The ș from Trailer și poster nou pent… is the diacritic symbol. That's what it doesn't show right with the latin-extended font. And don't know why...

Now it looks great!
On question thought. I've seen that you've used a "special" link.
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Anaheim&subset=latin,latin-ext
Now my question is: if I add that on any latin-extended font it should show right?

Regards.

Hi

This is not a special link :) This is just a link generated by google fonts site to use their fonts.
