mod_news_pro_gk4 Error on admin page

Hi there,
i installed mod_news_pro_gk4, i open the admin page to edit, there is no save button, edit pages, nothing....
Please take a look on attachment.

This has been reported already with another user and we are still checking.

However in my local testing having anything less then 64mb in php settings caused the same issue. So Please ask your host to increase following setting / value in your php settings. So set it to 64M or 128M.

memory_limit = 64M

This is host related depending on their configuration so I would need some time to test further and try to re-create the error.

So far memory limit caused the same effect in my testing but in your case it's not that. So it must be an another configuration setting.

In meanwhile can you post your "joomlaroot/administrator/error_log and your apache error logs to check if we can see anything from there.

I ll post in here if I find anything.

Another user had a success raising memory limit to 256m. Can you please try that as a test and let me know so I can continue my investigation.

Hello!

I have the same problem on the admin page but my server-config doesn't allow me to raise the PHP memory-limit over 96mb...
The installed version of gkNSP is 3.3.2 with joomla 2.5.4.
Are there any parallels to Image Show GK4 and mod tabs GK4? because those admin pages are working correctly…

Do you have any other advices to solve this problem?

Can you please disable debug mode in joomla if its on.
