Very frustrted customer

It's getting really annoying not being able to use what I paid for here. I've made 3-4 posts, sent an email and have heard not a single word. I try to use the Updates section here on the site and I get nothing but a 404 error.

I cannot click any article title or read more link, all it does is send me to the index.php page. Can someone please advise !

For test purposes can you please create a menu item which links to at least one of your joomla/k2 categories.

Example : If you have a K2 category called "news" make sure at least one menu item is linked to this category. Try that and let me know. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply norman. I ended up putting another copy of the quickstart up on a different install location and it seemed fine. I'm in the process right now of removing the previous installation and re-installing where I intend to use the site. I'll let you know if that issue happens again.
