Need to control the link on my gk-news display. I want that all items being display by the module link to one specific location.

hopefully this will explain more...

I have 30 modules on one page...
http://meganoticias.mx/

Each module links to its own "k2 item" like News-Show-Pro is meant to work...
http://meganoticias.mx/noticias-colima/ ... tatal.html

But I would like each module to link to a different specific location
So for example
module in position 1 will always link to http://meganoticias.mx/tu-ciudad/colima.html

and so on..

so:
module 1 always links to:http://meganoticias.mx/tu-ciudad/colima.html
module 2 always links to http://meganoticias.mx/tu-ciudad/culiacan.html
Module 3 always links to http://meganoticias.mx/tu-ciudad/durango.html

Always each module the same link, while the k2 items change...

thanks

Hi

That's pretty easy to achive. All You need to do is to group articles in categories: colima, culiacan, durango and each module should display articles from this desired category, than in menu You need to create 3 menu items with category view for each category. This is how landing page is created in joomla.

But, I want to link to a completly different page... one that does not include the display of the News_Show

Can I decide where do the news displayed by News-show-pro link?

Hi

Yes I understand. This is exacly what I'm explaining. You need to prepare a landing page for articles. Such page will have a possibility to attache modules to so You will be able to disable this instance of NSP for.

Please also take a look here: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/qu ... s-working/

Hi

I've just read Your PM. Now I understand a little more. Unfortunately this is not possible, because there is no way to attache a link to every article. Articles are being take from article list dynamicaly so such information must have been added to every article itself and this will be only possible by hacking joomla core files which is not good for security and will lock upcoming joomla updates to this site. I advice to use mod_custom in such cases.

Hi

In such case all You can do is to use NSP, put the link inside article and disable clean xhtml option in NSP settings. More accurate solution will require hacking module's code. We do not support that, but if You need it badly I can make it for You in my private time for some small fee.
