change style in news pro 4

Where or which one is the style sheet for the new pro? I am using an older Gavick Pro template but put in the new pro 4. I need to change the size of the titles and want to change the color of the backgrounds,

You can use Inspect feature of your browser to detect that, if you use Firefox, you can install Firebug to get the feature. If you don't feel it's easy, then give me the link to your site then I will help you check.

I have created a CSS override file that is loaded by a NoNumber extension and I am not able to see any changes when I modify this CSS file. Most of the times it seems that this CSS file is not loaded when I modify it, which I find frustrating.

Any advice on how to see CSS changes in real time?

You are supposed to add your code to file override.css and turn on CSS Override mode in template setting to get them work. If you have done the same but it doesn't help, just send me a PM to provide with backend and FTP access info then I will check further for you.
