How to make article text to be links

i have problem with this, only i want to modify that text on right or left side(i select with red color on picture) to become link, like on article on left side if i turn that option on... i dont want to only title be link, i want whole text... i suggest that on next version of news shop pro add this features on Links Layout something similar like on Article Layout->Text link(on/off)

how to modify css for that?
