How to add "...." after the title in module?

In configuration of the module i put "Title text limit = 30" Chars. How can i add "..." after the last character at the title in module?

For every title if have only one line with max of 35 characters. It does not look good if i have a title with 45 characters, it would be better to see "..." after 35 characters if the title is longer.

Any suggestions?
