AddThis Social Media buttons

Hi I have just added social media analytic buttons from a site called Addthis http://www.addthis.com/

I have added this via my wordpress plugins and have been successful in that. But when I click on the share button it automatically displays a message to share the Creative wordpress template theme. I need to share the MWorld experience. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Please check this plugin on default WordPress theme, like Twenty Thirteen, and if in this case this plugin works properly, please send me a PM with backend access to your website, then I'll be able to check it exactly.
