Most gavick pro themes are WPML compatible.

I would like to know if anyone has gotten WPML to integrate nicely in the themes (e.g. Simplicity).

Specifically:
    How to add the WPML language switcher to the Main menu
    Using .mo files to translate theme content (themes are compatible, but not translated).

Hints anyone?

Issue 1: remove any language switcher widgets already created, then the language switcher will be displayed to the menus you assigned it to.

Issue 2: Via string translation, all theme items have to be translated.
