Submenu - Store Front/New

Currently I´m using the theme storefront, I can help to make a sub - menu in this part:

what I want, it is that the products, if I click on specials me shows two subcategories to choose from, as a drop down menu.

I'm sorry but it's not possible in this place, it require a lot of modifications, unfortunately beyond our technical support.
