more items per line

Hello,

the current module shows items per six (1x1) positions per row. Is it possible to double that number. I would like to have 0,5x0,5 positions to use in places like the footer and the sidebar.

but the site is not relevant i guess, the question is if we can use 0,5x0,5 as dimensions in a grid.

Sadly, without module redesign it is not possible. The only thing that comes to my mind is to use 2 modules in same position that displays side by side and post there 2 grid modules. You will get more available elements in a row this way.
