Tabs not displaying in module admin

Hi I am running Joomla 3.2.3, with Tabs GK5 version 1.5.2.

I have set up a number of tabs a few months ago with a previous version of Tabs GK5, and they display fine on the front end. However, when going into the module backend this morning to update the tabs, the tabs are no longer visible (see below).

I have tried: upgrading Tabs to version 1.5.2,; upgrading News Show Pro GK5 to the latest version; disabling all non-core Joomla components, modules and plugins. However, no solution.

I notice the following error message on loading the page, which seems to be originating from script.js:

The problem seems to have resolved itself. Probably a caching issue after the upgrade.

Module seems to be functioning normally.
