help, please

Everything worked, but today I have added a new tab and I cannot choose between html or module because I click the arrow but all of them are blocked and it happens also in the other tabs. It's imposible to click.
Could you help me, please?

don't panic probably it's small issue or you blocked your modules.

and only if won't help you have to Repair your database.

Thanks. I have unblocked everything but the module doesn't accept to click in the arrows for choosing an option.
