How I can do?

Hi,
sorry but using GK Tabs you can not.
You have two options:
1) Hire PHP developer to customize this module
2) Search another solution on JED.

p.s
But I didn't saw any module which could that, most of them allows add images only inside tab not in title bar.
So maybe it would be easer for you to build or find such a HTML/JS code from ready solutions and insert inside Custom HTML module. :whistle:
