Add NEw Tab button doens' works

My "Add New tab" button doesn't works.
Am I the only one ?
Can some Gavick team member can help me please ? I can gie you backend access.

i have a similiar problem.

But more, all sliders on the right side are collapsed, and i can not do anything about it.

It's à compatiblity issue with advanced module manger from NoNumber.
I have found on NoNumber forum how to fix it.
You only need to change :

administrator/index.php?option=com_advancedmodules

to

administrator/index.php?option=com_modules

And that all !
