Issue with configuration

Hi. I am trying to get some things setup on the site. I am switching servers and the client wants to keep the same design.

I need this... http://37.60.247.228/~onespot3/tasteofgeorgetownsc.com/
to look like this... tasteofgeorgetownsc.com

I cannot get the modules to work. When I click on an existing or to start a new custom html module, the attached image appears.

Please help!
