Home page not loading in browsers, works fine on mobile

Have an issue with Restuarant template not loading in normal browser but loading fine in mobile version.
The page seems like loading without end and it seems to get stuck on amazonaws.com Need to identify which plugin or module is using this site. Any ideas?

Site works fine to me. It's the cookie consent plugin which is being loaded from amazonaws.com site. You can disable using it in template settings.
