Hello, I have disconnected most of the modules from the Registration form menu item but for some reason they still show when visitor clicks "Register" in the Login popup.

Is there another way to do this?

Thanks!

You mean this facebook part in register pop-up or some modules in default registration page? If you are trying to modify this view » screenshot there are no modules here but it is necessary to overwrite this view.

Hmm I suspect that this page is linked to two different menu items and you disabled modules for one menu item but for the second. Please check whether any other menu item don't link to this page; even in not active menus; and disable modules on this menu item also. If this will not help it may be also a cache issue so please try to clean cache.

Yes, you were right. There was another menu (mobile menu) link to the same pages.
