Chat in gk_template

Hi
I want to install this chat: https://www.olark.com/

But in a part of the manual says that you must write a code in the main template:

But in gk_template there aren't main template with "body"

How can I do?

With gavick templates code from index.php is moved into /layouts/default.php

I tried to write the code into the layout/default.php but it doesn't works.

I've tried with another theme "beez5" and it works. I put the code before "body" and I see the chat in the website.
But in the gk_template doesn't works.
Please look the images. Where I have to put the code please?
