Layout for error page you will find in error.css file and error.php in template directory.

I can't find the text "Oops, you've encountered an error
It appears the page you were looking for doesn't exist. Sorry about that.".

All template phrases are available in template language file in root/languages/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_restaurant.ini file.
