Terms of service

Can you help me?
Where can I write the terms of service in the template gk_restaurant?
Now, when I click it opens a window pop up but I don't know where write the terms and conditions of buy.

Thanks Pawel F, but in my Restaurant template, the terms of service appears with a FancyBox in a popup window which I can't found. When I write the Terms of Service in the Virtuemart shop configuration, this it takes me to another page.
I don't understand why

Sorry, I know what happened. As I had a mailing address in the letter. Everytime I click in Terms of service. This takes me to the adress in another page.
