Pop up Window

Hello everyone

I need your help. How Can I create an extra-window, Popup like when you buy a product, the window that its open with continuing shoping or goint to cart?

I need that, in footer, when I click Support (contact us) for example, it is open a window with info.
And I need the same window when you have a comment. I need that it is open a pop up with the conditions.

How can I create this?

Joomla has a modal system for this action. Libraries are loaded already, just please search the wan for an instruction about how to use modal in joomla.
