Mobile Site doesn't work

I am not getting a mobile version of this site to load.

I went into template manager and confirmed mobile detect was on, but it doesn't load the mobile version.

You use responsive template so there is no special mobile version but desktop one with dedicated styles. Please make sure that option use Responsive Layout in template features is enabled.
