Possible to create a new module position?

Is it possible to create a new module position in this template and have it set to an absolute position? I'm trying to set up a Twitter feed widget but the instructions tell me I need an absolute positioned module. The widget is displayed at the right side of the browser window. Here are the instructions from the developer:

Create an absolute position on your template. Mostly template have absolute module position like absolute or debug . Check Module Positions and make sure template have absolute position any or not.

I don't see anywhere to add a new module position to this template. You can see the Facebook widget on my site which is how the Twitter one is displayed also. http://www.mamacscafe.com/

Any help would be appreciated.
