Using SIGPro in K2 articles

I've installed the Simple Image Gallery Pro component to insert image galleries in my K2 articles. All the thumbnail images on my page are white (no image) but once you click on, the larger image is there.

Hi sorry, I removed the gallery last night when I couldn't get it working on any pages. Here is a link that you can find an example of:

I can only guess...
those thumbnails (small) images are cached - stored or they should be here : cache/jw_sigpro/
but there are not.
Hmm... there could be few reasons , for example, your cache and inside jw_sigpro folder has wrong permissions...

Thank you, it was actually my .htaccess file. I had to add the cache folder to give access to it. Maybe that should be a troubleshooting tip since it seems to be a huge issue for everyone. Love the template.
