K2 category display like blog on homepage

Hi,

is it possible that homepage displays animation (welcome etc.) first, then K2 category items (blog like - so latest articles would display in one row, picture on the left and intro tekst on the right side - not module like) and on the bottom of the page another module including: mod_news_pro_gk4?

I can't figure it out how to do that.....

Enything is possible, but I think the easiest way to achieve it is by using NSP module for latest articles. With normal mode You will be able to set number of rows, columns and set image to left than with an option of "not use float" for fest of the elements You will make it closer to the mentioned look.
