I have everything in place to set up my website, but the installation is not functioning properly. I get to the last step, the progress bar goes about half way, and then I get re-directed by to the last stage of installation.

Please help!

Are You using QuickInstall package, or standard one?

Could You provide php logs and mysql logs from the time You were trying to install?

Sorry but I'm relatively new to this. I'm not sure how to provide you with logs. I can provide you with my cPanel or FTP information if that would help.

Thanks,

Hey Man.
It still doesn´t work. My server is hostgator, one of the most used servers.
I don't understand that.
I've just installed in the classic way, but well it's to much step by step tasks to put the website in the same way it is in the demo.

Can't you fix that?

I used in the same server the Publisher Template and it is working perfectly. So I don't think that's my server problem. It is a template's problem.

Thank you.

I might check that for You.
Please create a folder and put there a QuickStart installation files and pm me with link to this thread, link to site and folder and database info.
Also create an empty php file wit only one line inside:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
And also put it somewhere on your serwer and send me link to it.

In most cases it is a server side problem and it doesnt matter what the company is. If your server doesnt meet requirements, with smaller installation the might work, but with a lot of data like in our templates, those missconfigurations forces scripts to stop.

It worked!

1) In the CPanel, I opened the icon "php.ini EZ Config" and clicked "enable php.ini EZ Config".
2) In the "php.ini EZ Config", I changed the options "register_globals" to "off" and "display_errors" to "off".

I did those changes before but it didn't worked! But It just worked after I deleted the whole account in the WHM and started all over again, creating a new cpanel.

Thank you
