problem in the photo of the clips on the header

hello,
the Picturs of the clips in the design are really down and there is space between the menu and the clips photo.
i will upload photo to understand whats the problem

please help me how to fix this and make it connected to the menu

Please add following css code in to css/override.css and enable css override from template settings > advanced settings > css override "on".
